RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
United Kingdom and European Union Customers
Customers located in the United Kingdom and the European Union may cancel an order before dispatch and may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all original packaging, documentation, and accessories where applicable.
International Customers Outside the UK and EU
For customers located outside the United Kingdom and the European Union, returns are not automatically accepted. Any return request must be approved by us in advance and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
