Small antique jewellery presentation box with a burgundy grained leather exterior and matching burgundy velvet-lined interior. The fitted base has a narrow central recess suitable for holding a brooch, bar pin or similar small jewellery item.  The case has rounded corners, a hinged lid and a front push-button closure.
