Antique English silver-plated four-part entrée warmer with lid, detachable top handle, base dish, and two fitted insert plates.
The lid has an engraved stag crest. The dish has ornate cast side handles, decorative feet, shaped lobed form, and floral scroll detail.
This is a large, heavy, multi-layer serving piece, not a simple covered entrée dish. It can be used as a display piece, table centrepiece, or antique serveware item.
The piece is silver plated and shows the quality, weight, and layered construction associated with antique English serving warmers.
