Antique late Victorian ring presentation box from the Welsh watchmaker and jeweller C.H. Flooks, located at Pontmorlais Circus, Merthyr (Wales). The interior lid retains the original printed retailer’s mark
The exterior has a mottled brown lacquer finish with natural age-related wear, while the interior retains its original dark velvet lining. The interior also features the original ring slot, confirming that the box was specifically made for presenting a ring. 16R
