Vintage bisque porcelain wall mask titled L’Inconnue De La Seine, designed by Arthur Möller in 1935 and produced by Goebel, Germany, in the 1960s.
The mask depicts the famous “Unknown Woman of the Seine,” a subject widely associated with early 20th-century European art and design. This example is made in matte white bisque porcelain and has the original hanging opening to the reverse.
Marked to the back with “FX 9./2” and the Goebel logo stamp.
