Vintage Sterling Silver Cherub Photo Frame – Keyford Frames Ltd, London 1992

Vintage English sterling silver mounted photo frame by Keyford Frames Ltd, hallmarked in London in 1992.

The shaped silver front has an ornate repoussé design with cherubs/putti, winged figures, floral rosettes, scrolling foliage, shell motifs and a blank cartouche at the top.

The frame has a circular photograph opening with glass and a velvet-covered easel back. Brass retaining clips secure the backing.

The hallmarks include the KFL maker’s mark for Keyford Frames Ltd, lion passant for sterling silver, London leopard’s head assay mark and date letter S for 1992. 19.B
