Antique Biedermeier Brooch. Gold-Foiled Floral Pin with Star-Set Stone.
Antique brooch dates back to the Biedermeier period (1815–1848) and features a delicate foam gold design with intricate floral motifs. The centerpiece is a luminous white panel, possibly mother-of-pearl or enamel, adorned with a star-shaped setting that originally held a seed pearl or paste stone. While the original stone may be missing, the piece still retains its elegant charm and historical value.
The brooch fastens with a classic pin and “C” clasp, characteristic of its time.
