antique Mignonette doll, likely made by renowned German manufacturers Kestner or Armand Marseille, dates from the late 1890s to the early 1900s. Standing 18 cm (7 inches) tall, it features a bisque head with delicately painted details, sleeping blue glass eyes, and a fully jointed composition body. The doll retains its original mohair wig and is dressed in its original lace-trimmed underwear, dress, and apron. Its stockings and shoes are molded and painted.

The back of the head is marked “Germany 12/0 M,” indicating its German origin. The doll’s features suggest it may be from Kestner or Armand Marseille, both of whom were known for producing fine bisque dolls during this period.

Condition and Details:
• Head: Excellent, no cracks or repairs.
• Body: Fully jointed composition, with some wear consistent with age.
• Clothing: Original lace-trimmed attire, untouched.
• Features: Sleeping eyes, original mohair wig, molded stockings, painted shoes, and an open mouth with four milky teeth.
