Antique Payne & Son Jewellery Presentation Box, Tunbridge Wells, Black Velvet Interior

Antique jewellery presentation box retailed by Payne & Son, Goldsmiths & Jewellers, of 97 High Street, Tunbridge Wells.
The box has a dark burgundy-brown leather exterior with gold-tooled edging, a hinged lid, push-button clasp, cream silk-lined lid and flat black velvet base. The maker’s details are printed clearly inside the lid.
Suitable for displaying a brooch, pendant, medal or another small item that fits the internal space. B.28
