Keyford Frames Sterling Silver Photo Frame, Birmingham 1993, Ornate Lattice Design

Vintage English sterling silver photograph frame by Keyford Frames Ltd, hallmarked in Birmingham in 1993.

The large landscape frame has a heavily embossed silver front with a repeating lattice pattern, floral sprays, scrolling foliage and raised decorative borders. A polished shaped cartouche is positioned at the top centre.

The photograph opening has shaped corners. The reverse is finished in dark velvet and fitted with a hinged easel stand for tabletop display.

Hallmarks include K F Ltd for Keyford Frames Ltd, the Birmingham anchor, lion passant for sterling silver, and date letter T for 1993. 16.B
