Keyford Sterling Silver Cherub Photo Frame London 1993

Vintage sterling silver photograph frame by Keyford Frames Ltd, hallmarked in London in 1993.

The silver front is heavily embossed with cherubs, scrolling foliage, floral motifs and Rococo-style ornament surrounding a shaped portrait photograph opening. Figural decoration appears around the lower corners and upper sections, with a vacant shield-shaped cartouche at the top centre.

The reverse is covered in dark fabric and fitted with a folding easel stand for tabletop display.

Hallmarks include KF Ltd for Keyford Frames Ltd, the London leopard’s head assay mark, lion passant for sterling silver and T date letter for 1993. 26.B
